Dr. Rebecca Provorse grew up in rural northern California and spent her adolescence wandering the hills, vineyards and orchards of Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties. Her innate love of the natural world became woven into her wonder of science and medicine.
Immediately following medical school, Dr. Provorse worked with a women’s healthcare specialist, learning bioidentical hormone replacement therapies. She then studied rhythmic hormone replacement and was the first provider in the state of Oregon to became certified in the Wiley Protocol. Dr. Provorse maintains active and current license with the Oregon Medical Board (OBME) and the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine (OBNM). She is in the process of getting licensed in the state of Washington. She is a member of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OANP) and the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (EndoANP).
Dr. Provorse served patients in private practice from 2005-2020; In 2020, she transitioned patient care to a telemedicine format where she continued to offer high-level healthcare consulting. In addition, Dr. Provorse has expanded her peer-mentoring services, professional writing and public speaking engagements.
